Fort Roots Credit Union in North Little Rock, AR

Some of the employees at the NLR branch need a class in customer service, I have never in my life witnessed someone being so disrespectful towards someone.You would think that making deposits on a regular basis she could look up from her computer screen and speak to you face to face since I am in a wheelchair and can't stand up I can barely see over the front counter. And when your account is compromised like mine was all they can say is that it was just a precaution to turn off my card, and when I asked why it took so long for them to figured it out, she mouthed something under her breath. Not to worry- I'll move my $60000 + a year to another bank, a real "Credit Union" that has customer service and on-line banking which is a must in this day and age, come on people, WAKE UP!!!!!
