Terrible experience. The car is far too much than what it is worth. No other bank will refinance the vechile The car check engine light came on as soon as the warranty was no longer on the car The car basically stopped working. And the warranty on these vechiles is a big joke! Drivetime should be sued. They are truly selling people with bad credit lemons. I would tell anyone looking for a dependable car! IT IS NOT AT DRIVETIME KEEP LOOKING! The Drivetime rep commenting on reviews. Dont waste my time commenting or replying to my review. I have the right to write a review. I am only warning consumers! Everything seemed good at first. Was told quote was good for 30 days and offer would be the same when I came back. Ran my credit..got my pay stub...looked over what I was approved for and everything. Week and a half later was told that there was a change in their system which required a $2000 down payment from everyone. Stated that they had issues with the system update with other customers and I wasn't the only one who was upset. Promised to speak with sales manager and would call me back. No call back. Called back and receptionist kept saying that both were busy. Extremely disappointed given all the good reviews I've seen. Looking elsewhere..

I had a wonderful experience at DriveTime today! Really appreciated all the great customer service I received. Dwayne is awesome!! He made the whole process stress free! He was nice friendly and very helpful in getting me in the car I wanted! Thanks Dwayne for helping me drive away in a 2015 Nissan Altima! I love it!! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
