It helps your credit rating but the hours and locations are not good. They need some branches open for at least half a day on Saturday.

As described in another review.. The overdraft fee's are ridiculous your balance will show you have an amount but the next day you'll have a negative balance.. Plus you can't get a loan without good credit so what's the point? The only reason I've stayed as long as I have is because my direct deposit hits on Thursday evening. I'm thinking of moving accounts.

Bad credit union. As a military member Navy Federal credit union is much better and won't spend 4 weeks mailing you a replacement debit card.
