Complete rip off. Went to sell my laptop that is under a year old currently selling on eBay for $400+. They told me it sells for 100 and they'd give me 80 for it. These people are out to take your stuff and your money..

Very rude when I went to sell some movies for store credit and used it to buy something. The girl was really snobby when she checked me out.

At one time Porters Pawn was probably the best place in the Mountain Home area to buy a gun. I bought several from them and the prices were always fair. As of late that all has changed. They have a new policy now where they do not deal like they used too. You can do much better on prices anywhere but here. I will not even attempt to buy from these people ever again. They have lost a once steady customer!

The prices aren't extremely bad, considering the location. The staff is professional and will talk to you and give you any information you need concerning buying, selling or pawning. Plus, the staff usually knows what their talking about, and if they don't, they will usually be willing to look up the information with you to be able to properly help you. One of my favorite stores in Mountain Home.
