They have really good items and it's clean, however they didn't answer the phone when I called during their open hours at 4:30pm on a Tuesday when they close at 6:00pm. That cost them one star. I called three times so it was a very sure thing.

They have a really great staff first of all. Very respectful, helpful, and courteous. Prices are amazing, and they really are a great place to find something cool too. The selection is endless and awesome.

Best pawn shop in Mountain Home hands down. If fair treatment, prices, and loan payouts are important to you when deciding on a pawn shop to use than Big Steve's is the place to go.

Most notably this company carries 12 Gauge short barreled firearms (less than 18 inches) that are ATF compliant. The staff are good people and you can tell they enjoy their job. Would recommend a visit here if nothing else.
