Don't use this institution for savings Their egregious fees will eat up your money with no warning until you get a statement that your account is closed

Telcoe you can't remain competitive when your business hours are supposedly 7:30-4:30 but when you call the numbers listed it sends you to the automated system. Very hard to get a live person on the phone. So you have to always wait for them to open and drive to one of few locations.

Worst bank EVER!!! Card always declines when money is available, Unrealistic limits on YOUR money, no customer service after hours for emergencies and no "real" overdraft protection. Only banking with them because it was my husband's bank so I decided to join with him....worst decision I have made thus far.

I Love Telcoe so much their still my #1 Bank, even after moving to Texas. I've had nothing less than A1 service with them. Very personable Bank. My favorite employee is Trixie. As a senior it's important to feel valued and shown patience. My advice to those with bad experiences, try putting out good and good will come back to you. That's a fact!!!
