I walked in ask for papers to be faxed an was asked to have a seat. I set for 30 minutes no help as people came and left. I got up and looked at teller an left. Apparently forgot about me. Lady sitting in office with customer laughing. Very disappointed in service!!!

Lobby closes at 4:30 and they refuse to issue a cashier check through the drive through. Then, the teller actually tells me that I have to go to another bank to get a cashier check if I need it today!!! Service like that will have me looking for a different bank with later lobby hours.
