Terrible for military! Do not use if you plan to to leave the state! They do not care about military members!

They Don not have an ATM machine @ their location & phone is always busy (like they don't have a que ). Anybody you talk to is clueless. I personly like dealing with Rep.

Friendly customer service, communication between head office and branches poor. This creates confusion when trying to resolve issues. Web page needs work, not user friendly and incorrect accounts showing. Good rates on loans and credit cards.

They are the worst for customer service. All their local numbers go to a central call service and you give up waiting after being told 7+ times and 20 minutes later that they are experiencing high call volume. How? there's barely a million people in the whole state and impossible that every single one is calling at the same time. If they were all calling at once it would be because their website is constantly screwed up and locks you out and if you were promised automatic debit for a loan payment make them show you it was actually set up or you will be receiving a collections call after the first payment. Inept, Unresponsive and uncaring. Take your money elsewhere and avoid them like an Ebola outbreak.

I can't get through with phone, email, or web chat. Always busy signal through local branches and through the corporate you might as well get ready to wait for a long time like 15 minutes plus. You don't get a response through chat or email. I love having their account but this is almost not worth it.
