I've bought and traded a lot of cars in my lifetime, (67 yrs). I was always a little nervous because I new that one way or another I was going to get taken advantage of. After I moved back to Ft. Smith, 2 yrs ago, I ended up needing a pickup truck, after shopping around I found one I wanted at Rath Auto, approaching the purchase with the same feelings as usual, I was pleasantly surprised to find out these guys don't do business that way. No pressure, and a perceptible desire for me to be satisfied with my purchase. The man that helped me,Bill Adkins, really went over all the operation of the electronics,and features, not to sell it to me, I had already bought it, he just wanted to be sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle. So besides a good price I got an education.I have since purchased another car from them, and my neighbor has bought two, like me, he got the same treatment, good price, and complete satisfaction. Next time you buy a car or truck do yourself a favor, go to Rath Auto, They're service organization makes sure the vehicles are mechanically correct...I personally witnessed the work they did on my vehicle before I bought it. Without doubt the BEST car buying experience I ever had. No gimmicks and no tricks, just the truth and a fair price. Thanks Larry, I can honestly say I appreciate it.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT RATH AUTO This was my second time to purchase a vehicle at Rath Auto and it was another great experience. I bought my car at Rath Auto about two years ago and was so pleased that when we decided my Husband needed a new truck, Rath was the first place we went looking. They did not disappoint... Michael Jennings, our salesman, did an outstanding job. He was extremely helpful and worked with us until he got us exactly what we needed. I highly recommend him and hope to work with him again the next time we are looking to buy a new vehicle. David Rath helped us with our first purchase as well as the second purchase this last weekend and he was super friendly and informative. In my experience it is rare to find a dealership you can walk into and not feel pressured or attacked. It is such a calm environment and each dealing I have had with them has been a positive one.
