Credit Service Company in Fort Smith, AR

I had the most unpleasant unprofessional experience anyone could ever expect from a "business" at credit service company. Stacy Lynn - Account Manager, wrote me a personalized letter that horrified me, for more reasons than one. But I'll start with the fact that they stated in the letter "We believe you are an honest and fair person, so we will be expecting your payment by the date of xx/xx/xxxx " which just so happened to be THE NEXT DAY. Thats right, I receive this letter in the mail THE DAY BEFORE they expect it paid in full. Next on the list, (and my biggest issue with this letter) was the amount of incredibly rude, and smart-ass comments that I honestly, could not even believe. Literally, it looked like a bad joke. This is by far the most unprofessional letter I have ever received. I'm on a junk mail list, by the way. So just hope if you get turned over to a credit union for not paying a $72 veterinary bill, that it isn't in the hands of these guys. Bless.
