Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Conway, AR

Truth Be Told- This is a marvelous credit union, number 2 in the united states for military members. They operate with the highest level of courtesy and respect. Fees are charged as any other financial institution but truth be told, if you get a fee it's your own fault. All fees are explained very well upon acct. opening, just look at your fee sheet they give you. If you've never been with a credit union I encourage you to do it. but truth be told if you're a person like "Edna Hightower" and you have an acct. at a different credit union and want to use this company for FREE and believe that they should be responsible for your acct, truth be told, you're ridiculous. It's called shared branching and they don't control it. Open a new acct. Simple.

Horrible bank! I wish I could give them one star. They don't answer phones and they are rude!

On line tranfers are broken...on line banking is broken..they wont answer the phones..I have bills I need to pay...I dont know if my scheduled payments are working or not..i will have to miss work and go in person i reckon to find out when it is,going to be fixed.... I used to love this place but this is rediculus.. no info on line..i cant get on line chat to work....

Okay bank, real easy to get loans with but this is a horrible location for a bank
