Said they would contact me in 30 mins to let me know. I had to call them for them to tell me no. Poor customer service

Spent 45 minutes filling put paperwork and was told to contact them in an hour after they called my employer and landlord to verify information. They hung up on my co-worker after they were put on hold without even verifying my employment. Then told me they couldn't help me when I called to check on the status. The lady that answered the phone, who happened to be the supervisor, was unnecessarily rude to me.
