BB&T in Prattville, AL

We've had an account here as long as this bank's been open. We have CDs, and a checking account. I go here to cash checks frequently. I don't mind being asked for my ID but I do mind tremendously being forced to wait at that window while the teller is doing OTHER business. Yesterday was the fourth time this has happened, but this woman deliberately kept me waiting for 6 minutes; when she couldn't figure out her problem she simply walked away and let another teller wait on me. I resent this very much. It is quite rude. I've talked it over with my husband. He defers to me in these areas. We have a substantial amount of money in this bank as well as in other banks all over Prattville. The next time this happens will be the last. I will pull every dime out of BBT, with the exception of waiting until CDS come to term. Other banks will certainly appreciate my business, apparently more than BBT does. Ruth Graham
