Sold me a bose soundock at a discount because it had a 30 pin connector. I asked him if it had a remote and he told me that model didn't require one. Got it home and it wouldn't turn on. Turns out it DOES require a remote. I went back to the store just to see if he had a remote or someway to turn it on. Before I got anything out he said, "I ain't taking it back. It ain't comin' back in this store. You can get a remote on ebay". I wasn't asking for a refund just a little help and customer service. I used to like this place but another reviewer was right...this guy is rude!!! Thinks his stuff is new, showroom quality and prices it that way. Will stick to Wade's Pawn from now on.

Manager was a douche. Tried to rip me off on some merchandise. Don't waste your time

This is the worst pawn shop in the history of a pawn shop. The young kids that work behind the desk have no idea what something is worth. Btw if your on the clock don't complain in the background about your pay as an employee. If you don't like your job find another one. No one wants to hear that...

There is a manager (owner?) that is very rude; acts like you are wasting his time by walking in the door, and it's immediately obvious that he wants you to leave without buying anything. He refused to show me certain firearms (I guess some are just for display?), gave short one-word answers whenever asked a question, and when I politely pointed out that a certain firearm he is selling has a faulty hammer and wouldn't be functional, he got visibly angry and snapped at the salesgirl to take it from me and put it back in the case. Basically telling me that he wouldn't sell to anyone who questioned his merchandise. He also told me that their store policy is not to accept returns on firearms that don't work, even told me it would be illegal to do so (not true, every other pawn shop in town will take them back if faulty, I know from experience). To make matters worse, the prices are ridiculously high. Not a little high, but ridiculously absurdly high. I'd advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. Wades or Southern Jewelry will treat you soooo much better, and their prices will be fair.
