Financed a vehicle with them. They had to install a GPS system in the vehicle before we could drive the vehicle home, had to drive over 2 hours back home and would have to come back the next business day and get the vehicle. After driving another 2 hours to retrieve the vehicle the next business day, we ended up having to pay to have brake wiring and all kinds of power wires rewired, after their technician that installed the GPS system in the vehicle, cut all the wiring under the dash to get power for the GPS system. We have tried calling Tri-Rivers multiple times to resolve the issue but no one returns our calls and we keep getting put off on another party and it was not "their fault" all of the wiring was cut.......my husband should have left the vehicle at the dealership that he bought the truck from and told them to keep it!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION EVER AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME!!! All they have been is a headache ever since we have purchased the vehicle.

Having being a so call customer for 4 years. I called to get a payment arrangement only 3 times since I had my car loan with this company, mind you I've been a customer for 4 years and a payment arrangement only 3 times since I got my car loan through them. I'm pretty sure that they have customers that never pay on time as well as not paying at all. I've gotten sick since the last year and didn't work for about 6 months, but I still managed to pay them. My medicine is so high as well as my health insurance that's the only reason I called for a payment arrangement this month because they only give me 5 days to make a payment in which they count the day you're due as one of the days before they cut my car off because there's an GPS attached to the vehicle at purchasing . In which I find so unethical. Life happens and they're very rude and not understanding. If I haven't paid all this money to them I would tell them to come pick it up....

They never acknowledged a potentially new customer;while I sat unacknowledged, an employee stands in the lobby discussing her flowers she received from a daughter or friend.
