This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had doing any kind of business with a bank. We have been trying to get anyone on the phone or in person since Jan 1, 2015 in regards to a mortgage. We have not heard anything back from anyone in regards to our requests for almost two months now. We have made repeated attempts to talk to someone in person by stopping in at two different locations. This is not a way to treat any customer ever, let alone one trying to give their money over to loan money from this bank.
