Called a few moments ago to speak to someone about getting our new cards we have been waiting on for ALMOST A MONTH NOW, when we trying to explain to the lady on the phone the situation she was VERY rude and had an attitude. If you don't wanna help us, direct us to someone who ain't gonna be a butthole about it! Then acted like it was a problem for her to send us NEW ONES since she said they had been sent and we haven't received them!!
