NW Florida Title Loans in Florala, AL

This place don't even deserve 1 star! (Btw, this is my first time ever leaving a "bad" review) First of all, when I called up there today, the guy that picked up sounded annoyed and said "This is Erik" I looked at my phone thinking I dialed the wrong number or something... And asked if it was the NWFL Title Loans. Then the way he replied just sounded like he thought I was the dumbest thing on earth. Uhmm, I'm sorry... Maybe its just me but anytime I call a business, they answer by stating the business name and there name, and maybe a good morning or how are you.. You know. The normal stuff. But anyways! So right off bat, he was putting off a negative vibe. But I didn't think too much of it so I asked about a title loan. He asked what I had, I told him.. And before I could even finish he very rudely cut me off and said "sorry, I can't help you. Anything else?" Like wtf?? Didn't let me finish, didn't even hear what I needed. It just sounded like he was ready to get off the phone and back to whatever it was he was doing. So anyways, I ended up going to Title Max in Andalusia and they were AWESOME and I told the lady about how rude the guy at NWFL title was, and apparently she's had some of his former customers and she's heard nothing but bad things about him.. Bit she wouldn't say what. Lol but if she did, I would blast that too!!!! Hopefully they can get someone else in there running the store besides this guy Erik.

I would recommend NW Florida Title Loans. It's nice working with a small company close to where I live in Crestview. I've gotten two loans from them and Theresa is really nice and helpful. Thanks Theresa
