Great staff but their hands are tied. I fraud on my account the ladies there tried to help me but they couldn't do anything. I talked to the management very arrogant even called Mobile and Birmingham didn't care. Finally the lady that handles this came back from vacation took care of it in 15 minutres. I moved my accounts to Compass bank.
