Nice customer service, but this is the only bank in north alabama that charges for there on check..... That is so disappointing if I knew that I would have just deposited into my account... And to think I was about to open a account there

I'm not really happy with them because when several times I have had checks to screw up in the system. They would send the money out and in a day or two it ( money ) would be back in my account.

The branches I've been too, the tellers & bankers have all been supper nice & helpful.
