When u have to wait in line to get service more than 20 mins while the bank manage plays like she is doing something on her computer it's pretty sad. The bank tellers was doing the best they could do on a Friday afternoon between going to the window and waiting on the lobby. I can understand cutting staff when u don't need them but on a Friday ? I would have to say poor mangerment. this has happen more than once at this branch. Get off ur lazy butt and help these ppl women sitting at ur desk.... Especially when u see a lot of ppl in line.
