Rude, tried telling I owed money for the month after I had made my payment that month and harrassed me about it until my husband went by and showed the receipt. Never leave a message when they call and if they so happen to they don't say who they're with.

Do not go thru them... they start harrasing u the morning ur payment is due... the manager is rude.... n they will sue ur ass if u get a couple months behind... i kno... i just got served with papers... use ANYONE else!!!!

Called to speak to someone in particular, and they were so rude asking me why did I need to speak with that certain person, and from where was I calling and why I was needing to speak to her. When someone tells you they need to speak to that certain person in regards to them, don't you think its being too much in that person's business. If I said from the start I needed to speak to them in regards to them. Very rude how they spoke as well.

They worked out great for me. But when I tried to pay off my balance early, they never seemed to have time to do it, or the manager was out.
