I called a local office number and got put on a recorded message that lasted the entire time I was on hold. After 20 mins I finally gave up. Terrible OLD banking system. RFCU just don't get it, its all about service, something you do not have.

A lot better than previous banks I had used. Less fees, a decent mobile app, and lots of services available to members.
