The staff at the Wasilla branch has worked wonders from me to send money all over the world when I need it. They have always went the extra mile when it comes to customer service, I send bank transfers to purchase property in Florida and use a branch there to collect my rents; they have always treated me with respect and have bent over backwards to send bank transfers to Costa Rica when I needed it they handle my LLC and Investment accounts for me and are always just a phone call away.

Awful! They don't pay attention to transactions and apply payments incorrectly. Then once you notice as a customer it's near impossible to contact them by phone to fix their mistakes.

Poor customer service on a consistent level. Non-accomodating, constantly disconnected, less than courteous. Moving my business elsewhere.
