Wells Fargo Bank in Juneau, AK

I called four different banks regarding getting a document notarized and they all told me that I needed an account to have access to their notary. Finally, luckily, I called the Wells Fargo Valley location. The gentleman I spoke with was not only extremely polite, but went out of his way to set me up with an appointment at the downtown location. Once at the downtown bank I was overwhelmed by how professional and curdious the staff there were, especially the store manager, a young woman named Amber Scott. She was one of the most caring, cheerful people I have met during my stay in Juneau. The staff Wells Fargo turned my frustrating situation into the the single most pleasant experience I have ever had at a bank. I am a veteran, and do my banking through USAA. but if I ever find myself in need of a local bank, my first thought will be of the excellent service I received at this Wells Fargo.
