True North Federal Credit Union in Anchorage, AK

I have never encountered such an ignorant and disrespectful management team and administration in my entire life. I know that sounds like hyperbole but in this case it is an axiomatic review. In my exchange with its leadership team I have learned as to why this institution is failing to grow and closing down branches within the state of Alaska. The condescension I received need not be repeated here for is too long to recall the full length of dialogue that transpired, but to put it shortly I was told that my concerns were invalid and irrelevant.
