I have to say. i'm pleased with the West Allis Location. Don't usually use the drive through @ Hampton...But when I did, the most frustrating was ATM never had cash or it malfunctioned...

ATM is never working or out of money. The service in the branch is extremely slow. The employess are friendly but very slow to help customers.

!!!!! AVOID•AVOID•AVOID•!!! !!!!! AVOID•AVOID•AVOID•!!! I would HAVE NOT EVEN GIVEN 1 STAR TO THE WORST BANK IN THE HISTORY OF BANKING. They do nothing for their customers but TOTALLY RIP THEM OFF!!! And that's why I REMAINED A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER TO CHASE BANKS ONLY !!

This bank has the most friendly, helpful, polite employees that I have ever run across. Every time I go in there I really feel appreciated as a customer. I would absolutely recommend using this bank. Outstanding customer service! !
