I was scheduled for a 9am appointment. I arrived at 8:55 for my appointment. I tried the office door and it was locked. The sign on the door read "we may be in another appointment, please wait and someone will be with you when that appointment is over". It being 9am and them opening at 830am, I thought "I doubt they are with another client, but they must be on their way". I waited and waited till 9:20 no one came. I called and spoke with Jennifer (after going through the 866 number posted, then being connected via another person). Jennifer seemed confused and said she was in her office, with the door closed, and might have heard a knock, maybe.
