Educators Credit Union in Milwaukee, WI

Worst experience ever!!! Mobile app does nothing and customer service is horrible.. Stick with the other more professional banks because all you'll get is different lies daily from educators.

Very disappointed. I received a check as part of a vehicle transaction. I went to this bank to cash the check and verify funds were available. As a non-customer they charge a $10 fee. That is a terrible policy and ensures I will never be a customer and bad mouth this bank at every chance I get.

I use this credit union because they offer great service and as a credit union I know they will offer the best rates.

This place use to be good 3-4 years ago. But with their new employees, customer service has been horrible. A good way to compare customer service and speed of getting what you need and sending you on your way is comparing Sam's club on 76th street (now shut down) and compare it to Costco next to hwy 45.

Reposting since the libturds at Google removed my honest review for NO REASON: Me and my husband were going to open an account here but the place seemed a bit impersonal. We were told to sit at a desk and wait for a rep to come assist us in opening an account. 45 minutes later no one came to help us so we walked out. Obviously they didn't want our business. They weren't that busy either, but the employees seemed to be having a nice little conversation among themselves. PRETENTIOUS AND DUMPY. Update: I'm GLAD they didn't want my business because after we went to Landmark Credit Union and they helped us immediately and have been the BEST and most friendly credit union I've ever dealt with, plus they have better locations. I recommend going to Landmark instead! you will be much happier!
