I had a good experience buying a new car here. The salesperson, manager, and finance person all were very friendly and pleasant to work with - no pressure or slime. They worked hard to give us what we were looking for in terms of the car and the price. We were impressed with this dealership's extra 20 mile/200,000 warranty.

My mother wanted a new car and I talked her into looking at the Kia Soul. Her current car is a PT Cruiser and she really liked that fact that is was more like a truck then a car. This is same type of ride that Soul gives. We came to Metro Kia of Madison and we were fortunate to work with Brian Bunnell. Brian was very helpful and worked with us to make sure that all of our questions were answered efficiently. We have never purchased a car this quickly and the paperwork went smoothly. Since this is the first time she has ever purchased a vehicle from Metro Kia we are hoping that this is the start of a long and friendly experience.

Awesome experience!! Sales team was super cool and friendly. Didn't know buying a new car could be so much fun. I lowered my payments and have a brand new 2016 Kia Optima. Love this car! Today I purchased my second vehicle from Metro Kia. I was upside down on my loan. They were able to work magic with the numbers and make my negative equity go away! They gave me much more than any dealership was willing to give me on my trade and got me into a car that is three years newer, while keeping my monthly payment the same! Everyone there is great to work with: sales, financing, the loan department, etc. I always recommend Metro Kia to my friends!

Great customer service in the service and parts department. Have taken my Kia Rio in many times for oil changes and have not had a single problem. Recently, I hit a nail on the road that popped a tire and Keith from the service team was very friendly and helpful. He provided me with multiple different tire options and they were able to resolve the issue the same day that it happened. Great atmosphere all around!
