When it comes to credit card processing companies, I've been with several. Some recommended by the bank, some recommended by friends, but the one that was recommended by a fellow business owner is the only one I will ever use from now on. The customer service I receive is absolutely the best. No matter how small or how large the issue, their customer service staff grabs it and won't let go until it's solved. Even something as small as "How do I get this darned paper roll in right?" is handled with a smile and they don't even make you feel like a moron! Here's the other thing. You ALWAYS get to talk to someone and if they say they will get back to you with an answer in a few minutes, THEY DO!Seriously, TMC is a great Company and get this, they don't even make you sign a contract; they EARN your business month to month. After almost 5 years of processing with Total Merchant Concepts, I decided to move to a company that consolidated all credit card transactions (including American Express) into one payment at a discount rate significantly lower than what I was paying for Visa, MC, Discover and Debit with Total Merchant Concepts. It was also a company that was being represented by one of my business clients. When I switched my service from Total Merchant Concepts to Heartland Payment Systems AND having paid out almost $60,000.00 dollars in Bankcard Discount Fees over the previous 5 years to TMC, I was charged a $250 cancellation charge. Makes me wish I had switched a long time ago.

Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. These people will go above and beyond when you need help. If you're using a different credit card processing company and you're thinking of switching, you really should give these folks an opportunity, they will not disappoint you.
