WSECU in Spokane, WA

we have gotten a car loan from them and even bank with them and everything has been awesome that we didn't think that a home loan would be the most miserable process to use them. they took longer then the 30 day mark of escrow. even longer then the 45 day mark of escrow and were still waiting to close on our Gosh forsaken house. if the home owners that we're trying to buy from wasn't as patent then we would have lost this opportunity for this house a long time ago but there still willing to crawl through the mud with us. WSECU has a million people who have to do their little touch on our paperwork no one can work 1 step ahead of the other so it takes 3x as long compared when you use an actual lender where they know what the left hand is doing and are able to multi task and have less people to make it that much less complicated compared to a credit union especially WSECU. This has been the worst experience to use them but were elbows deep in their muck to switch lenders now. if I can give anyone advice to save them the heart ache we have endured and to help them keep the house that they have searched and sweated over to find the right one I would say run use someone else they are awful to deal with and my Realtor the home owners Realtor and us all have decided to never ever use them AGAIN. its that bad
