STCU: Main Branch in Spokane, WA

This is the best credit union I've ever dealt with. They have given me multiple loans, have great rates, and I have never once had any issues with them..if something does go wrong, I contact them, and they help fix it right away..the terrible reviews here are nothing to pay attention to, because they are the best and most friendly, helpful people, and I'm glad I have the pleasure to call my bank.

The bank employee, "Floyd" was unprofessional and rude. If it weren't for the Manager I spoke to, who seemed to take the situation seriously and addressed the issue, this rating would be a one star rating. Floyd offers no help or information to his customers, he simply expects them to know it and makes that very clear from the beginning. As a banking professional, Floyd should be more than willing to provide information to customers who are seeking to open additional accounts with STCU than the ones they already hold!

Take your business elsewhere, they won't even stop an unauthorized transaction. So rude. Obviously not as up class as other banks that DO stop transactions.

"we're sorry" really? Almost $300 lost to your neglegence and unprofessional business tactics, and all you can do is say you're "sorry?? You must be joking. It's obvious you only care from a distance. Its obvious that apologizing and "looking into it" is the only kind of help you can offer. Don't mind me, I just can't pay my rent on time, because STCU messed up royally. But it's OK, i don't have to pay the late fee to my landlord because they apologized, so everything goes back to how it should be because they're "really sorry"!? Are you kidding me??? What is wrong with you people.

I never post reveiws on the web, but this needed to be said. If you are looking for a personalized experience, look elsewhere. I applied and was approved for a car loan. When I went to purchase the car, It took hours and each step had to be approved by underwriting. This is for someone with good credit, who has been a customer for years. I would suggest you consider other institutions to do business with. I am moving my business to another organization
