Great customer service!

Paid off my original loan on time as well as paying it off early just the beginning of the year. Called back to get new loan for new car. New loan was $2000 less than the previous loan I had and denied me. I offered to put cash down, to no avail it just didn't work with them. I use to have some serious respect for these people but try a credut union before you go into this place, much lower interest rate and they will work with you on price regardless your credit situation.

So glad this company helped me with my loan and the purchase of my 2004 Dodge Dakota...they are kind and very polite.

I will not loan through this place ever again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I had a car loan through them that I acquired 7 months ago, I just payed it off EARLY and never had a late payment. When I asked if I could get a personal loan (for 7,000 less than my car loan was mind you) I was told ABSOLUTELY! you are in great standing with us and we would love to keep you as our client. I did the application and checked in all week and was continually told, "everything looks great we just need to get the paperwork together for you to sign." the day I was suppose to sign the loan papers they told me "sorry, we had to deny your request because of your credit" NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON MY CREDIT IN 7 MONTHS!!!!!! Needless to say I am completely screwed now thanks to NOT so Reliable Credit.

I have dealt with Reliable Credit on several occasions over 20 years, at 1 point it was the stepping stone to get where I am at credit wise today. I have gone back to them here and there, (not because I have to) just because it is simple, people are friendly and I pay my loan off way early. So the higher interest for a short amount of time doesn't bother me. Thanks guy's and gal's!!!!!!
