Always had a positive experience until they were given the opportunity to correct their mistake and they didn't. Erroneously debited my card (their mistake), sending my account into the negative, and when I called to rectify it, I was given the "we'll call you back" spiel. Closing my account first thing Monday morning.

I can't give enough 'positives' about this fine banking institution. Never had a problem. Always I have been met with a " we are here to help you with your banking needs".

Been a member for years... Came through my parents... They are always willing to work with you and have so many services... Would never give up this account
