Navy Federal Credit Union in Richmond, VA

This is a super friendly location with an awesome staff. They are always there to help! The only this is, the location can become very busy because it is the only location in the Richmond area, so I think they should add a larger location in Short Pump and Chesterfield. Adding these locations would accommodate the influx of new people to the Richmond area with NFCU accounts.

I Absolutely Love this Bank...their Customer Service is Outstanding, whether by phone or in person its always consistent. The only thing i would ask if they would PLEASE open a location in Chesterfield...Thank You.

If you've been affiliated with the military, a military spouse, or child of military then you're able to get an account here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There's not a long wait for service. There's ample staff working even on Saturdays. Unlike some bank and credit union locations, they appreciate the customers they have. They have locations in many places that you will travel. Therefore, no need to worry about ATM fees and/or having no access to your money. They have an app that you can use on your smartphone or tablet, as well as their website. I highly recommend to any current or former military member.
