Been dealing with them for years never a dull moment good people...

A good friend referred me to Auto Credit Line and I spoke with Ms. Karen Simpson I expand my situation and I went to other car dealers they turn me down due to my credit was not good and I needed a second chance and for me get back on my feet.. Well Ms. Karen gave me that second chance and now my credit is looking up and her staff were very helpful as well.. i would recommend Auto Credit Line the second chance place chance to go too.

A unfair nightmare! Purchased a vehicle in Dec 2016. In March 2017. I was told that I needed Caliper repair and the Patrick Kia dealer wanted to charge me $900 to repair. Really! A caliper doesn't just go bad in 3 months. In addition, Patrick Kia charged $99.00 for a diagnostic. And to put the cherry on top. I was called by the dealer and they want a payment. Even though I was having trouble with their vehicle. Just as soon as I finish paying for this car, All of us will become un-benefit!!! DO NOT! I REPEAT.....DO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER.

The experience is always great at Auto Credit Line. Karen is the sweetest and will work her hardest to get you in a vehicle. Excellent staff keeps you laughing. I would recommend anyone to come in and find out what they can do for you.
