It funded and they weren't after 50%of the profit like the hard money lenders were. I did have to pay $300 for an onsite inspection fee before closing, but it was nice since I got to meet Corey personally and felt I could show her what we had planned. Part of the fee was refundable when I closed. I'm torn between giving 4 stars or 5 stars, since there was a hiccup that delayed closing, but they worked so fast to get it fixed, that I think the 5 stars is due. I would definitively recommend them, and plan to work with them again.

The Private Money Utah team was fast and efficient. Fees are about as I expected. I've done 2 deals with them and both transactions were smooth. I borrow private funds for short term deals just to avoid the hassle of traditional borrowing paperwork and the paperwork with PMU was short and easy.

I started out wanting to flip houses. The first home I did, I financed with a traditional bank. The loan process alone took me over 2 months. Then another 30 days to rehab the house. I talked to jonathan and was given the run around! If you are dealing with these as.....s you are headed for failure! Do they return calls? Hell no! Do they return emails? Hell no! Do they actually get what a provate lender is about? Hell no! My guess is they are a quick dead funder! Capable....no. They don't even have a real loan processer or a real office. Try to find thir office.....you can't!!! Nothing more than a waste of time!! Watch the news for when they get arrested!
