Worst customer service ever and completely unprofessional. I was told by Carlos the Manager that I got denied for a loan because I'm a debt collector and I work in the financial industry. Then I was told it was because they couldn't verify my place of employment because my HR department only contacts through VIA email and they didn't do that. If that's the case that's fine but I was profiled and discriminated because of my employment. I would never send anybody there! They are supposed to help you in times of need and not make ignorant comments. Management is a joke.
