Staff is good, Kolby has been great to work with, business is good so far but this review is directed at the Foursight Capital owner/ceo Mark Miller. It is horrible customer service to charge a $4+ fee for using a debit card to pay your bill online every month. It is even MORE ludicrous to charge $14+ to pay your bill over the phone. Yes, the option to use a checking account is free but who still uses checking accounts like that? Not anyone who is GEN X or Millennials. Balancing a checkbook? I don't even have one to keep register. It screams greediness and it is a huge turn off. Not necessary Foursight, not necessary. I just want to pay you Foursight. Heather Ringera

Great for special financing. This is my second loan with him. There communication is horrible. It is very difficult to get in contact with them, then its even harder to keep in contact. It maybe time for them to grow there business to 24hours with a small call center for basic informational reasons. I even attempted to setup a online account and it required information that 2 months into my loan I still have not received. Thanks for the financing, now take my money,

I'm giving Foursight 5 stars because thanks to them I'm driving a brand new 2017 that no one else has driven or owned. I asked ahead about payment options, so I mailed my first 2 payments which they got a week before they were due. Then I opened up a checking at my credit union, set up auto pay with Foursight and now I'm all set, with no extra fees to pay.

You don't answer the phone when I wait to speak to someone about my payoff as well as my interest rate and how long am I still with this company ,, you need to answer the phone

I have had nothing but problems since I financed my car little over a year ago. They are the worst to try & work with. Mom got sick bout 6 months back & had to quit my job to car for her. They wouldn't work with me at all. Needless to say I got about 5 months behind on payments. Finally caught them up in December & come to find out they tacked on a $150 repo fee for a car that wasn't even repoed. Called to today about it & they told me because the payments went past 180 days they tack on the fee. So I now I owe $300 in fees since they won't work with me. The nickel & dime you every chance they get. Absolutely no communication between departments or customers. Avoid at all cost
