Poor customer service, they basically verbally tell you that funding is available in as little as 10 days and then once they have your money the real story comes out. They want you to fight your credit bureau multiple times until the bureau "hopefully" doesn't respond in time and then they can make a case against the bureaus. I'm not looking to sue anyone or get money based on a technicality. Just don't "fluff" me over the phone about how lenders are lined up when you never got me a dime, but you happily took mine without even responding to my numerous emails about not knowing what the next step was or if you were even trying to get me any money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Use a local lender, that's what I did, and I'm better off for it. I still want a refund, but do you think I can even get someone to talk to me? nope!

After looking at these reviews I can't understand why they are saying what they are saying. They didn't charge me an upfront fee and was able to get me $25,900. As the impulsive lady I am I decided to add my 2 cents.
