Customer service is on point. They had plenty of tellers and hardly had to wait at all.

This is the nicest AFCU I have ever been to. Easy to access, not too busy, and the service here is spectacular. Highly recommend.

I just Opened a couple checking/savings account here and I also have an auto loan through them. Adelia has helped me a couple times and is very helpful in teaching me about my accounts. When she was not there, Sara was ever so sweet and helpful to me, I feel really bad that I wouldn't let her help because I had a thing with Adelia. I did however run into a problem today, both Adelia and Sara were not at the branch today. Because I needed to verify my income,the person that helped me was not helpful at all. All she did was scan my check stubs and tell me they'll let me know. Then I tried to discuss with her my options about trading my car in and I was very aware of what I needed to do I just needed her assistance. Then she says, I wasn't aware you discussed that with Adelia. Doesn't matter,I'm telling you now but she pretty much told me come back tomorrow when Amelia or Sara is in. I'm on a dam time crunch, if you didn't want to help me I wouldn't have wasted my time sitting there and scanned it myself and gone to another branch so someone can help me with my auto loan. I'm not going to name the person because it's rude but Adelia and Sara were such great workers with superb customer service. Thanks for your help. I really don't want this experience to keep me from America First. I like this bank.

My wife of 18 years has used this credit union since before we were married. She seldom uses it and has very little money in it. I put her on my credit union( not these clowns) account forever ago and it was a simple paper I signed to allow her access. Randomly we were here and she mentioned I have never been put on her account. Sounds easy enough.... Nope. They want to run a credit check on me to have access to my wife's account with $75 in it. It's my wife's money, she should be able to allow anyone access. I refused and will insist we close this account.
