The whole process going into underwriting has gone well. Erika took the time to lay out what to expect from the beginning. I worked with Melissa with my questions, and she was always responsive and everyone was very nice. I would recommend using Wallick & Volk for your next mortgage.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was the worst experience of my entire life. Every word out of Erika's mouth was a lie. I can't even begin to explain o you all what a horrible worker she is. I really hope one day she realizes that lying to customers gets you nowhere in life. I hope one day she realizes that she needs to find a new job out of this field. I will never want to work with her or this company ever again, and I will never recommend working with her or Wallick & Volk. I am finally giving them my final payment, and I am VERY glad that my mortgage has been moved over to another company who has already been so helpful and nice when speaking with them. I had read a bad review on Erika on here before, and I agree with that review in every word. I just aw a very positive review about Erika, and I think that lady was smoking something, cause there is no way working with this chick was a positive experience. She straight up LIED to my face, and tried to get me to believe something that didn't even happen. I am in such a hole because of Wallick & Volk and this lying person. (really hard to not call her what I really want to at this point).
