Heidi was extremely helpful recently with the financing of a property that I needed to move quickly on. She was responsive throughout the relatively complex process and took the extra time to research scenarios that deviated from the normal buying process. She was also able to refinance another property for me using all of the same documentation, which was a huge time saver. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

The first conversation we had on the phone, she was so nice and patient to listen my situation . she worked different way than other lenders. others ask you how much money you wanna borrow, but in our situation, she helped us figured out how money we are able to borrow. that means she had to do a lot of work, and math on the numbers . during the process, she tried call me or email me every day, gave to a update, and answer my call or email so quick. even we had thousand of conditions came out, she always came out with solution. and always stand on your side. And we finally closed out house on 3/31/2016. even she's doing business on mortgage, but we can feel. she's using her heart to help VET and theirs family. i sweat to God she is who we can trust with.

I decided to work with her and now know why she is so highly regarded. This woman is the best. Throughout the process, she would always find time to answer questions in a level of detail that ensured there was no uncertainty about the loan application process. I have purchased three homes and learned so many new things working with Heidi. She also always makes herself available for spur of the moment questions. I know she's busy but you'd never guess it by the calm in her voice and patience in fielding the questions. I seriously could go on and on about her.
