NOMINATED THE WORST PLACE TO WORK! Warning to all who are looking for employment here. This is the corporate office to many loan offices spread throughout the US, and it's a horrible place to work. They have such a high employee drop-rate because they are under-staffed and unorganized in the way they run this office and the off site offices. Everyone runs around like the CEO is the king of the world and their life hangs in the balance if he is not pleased. The CEO micromanages EVERYTHING!! Every employee here is overwhelmed and stressed out, which causes hate to pour out. People will talk behind your back even when you're a few feet away. Some will act and talk as if they have always been making the money they are now and look down on you for being beneath them, but the truth is that the job is all they know and they're as dumb as a rock. If you have a good personality you'll definitely get noticed and a raise, so don't work here if you're an introvert, your hard work and efforts will go unnoticed, but they'll take advantage of that. Good luck if you do choose to work here. Can't say you weren't warned. Names not to trust: Jessica Garcia, Becky Hudson, and Jose Oliveros. They'll cover so many things up like sexual harassment incidents or mistreatment of staff and then make you feel like you did something wrong. As for the CEO, well he's rich and like every rich man cheats on his wife with someone in another state.

I was fired for putting in a two weeks notice. Never had a write up, always went above and beyond. I was always told I did an amazing job. My father became ill, my husband got laid off and I needed to move home so I put in a two weeks notice. Then they fired me. Do yourself a favor and work at McDonalds. They will pay more. This company does not posses the most basic of human compassion, loyalty, or ethics. They have many law suits and an extremely high turn over for employees. Kind of speaks for itself.

I don't work for this company but I do know several who do and I know that this company offers more than some companies do. I have seen that if you do your job and keep your office with good numbers and train your staff as a manager should do that you will not have any problems. We all know a work place isn't always play time so yes you will have some days where you feel stressed but for most part it is what you make it. That being said simple as doing your job and not in someone else's business can get you a #1 Office
