Loanstar Title Loans in San Antonio, TX

My mom got a title loan and at the same time she unfortunalty got diagnosed with stage four cancer....When I found out my mother was sick I took over her bills while she was bed ridden at a SA hospital...Come to find out she had took out a $1000.00 car title loan about a few months before. Next thing the phone calls started coming in 3 to 4 times a day and I tried explaining the situation and at first they were sympathetic...I couldn't pay the loan because I found out my mom was deep in debt and I tried bailing her out..anyways to make a long story short they called everyday and threatened her and even came over to her house while I was there demanding payment. What my mom did was put my nieces car in hawk without my niece knowing the situation, which wasn't a good situation.. so I tried working with them on some kind of payment...but they were assholes, mean and idiots....this is a shitty place and the employees should feel like shit for harassing people especially when they are sick...Well my mom past away a few month later and thank you Lonestar for making her last months of her life miserable...you uncaring assholes..

What they do is explain everything to you and how to pay it. I know you have to pay more but it's a great place to be with than being with title max. Thank you

First off just wanna say this place can be annoying with calls but it's their job when you are late plus that's your own fault pay your bill and you won't get the calls anyway I gotta say from my experience with them has been nothing but GREAT there are times I am late with my payment and they are all very lenient and kind and always give me extra days to pay even walking into the store you are greeted by every staff member there with friendly smiles and great attitudes they helped with my situation and continue to do so I don't plan on doing another title loan but if push comes to shove and it needs to be done THIS will be my go to place THANK YOU LONESTAR!!
