The staff was always ready to help. They were professional. My credit scores came up substantially even though i really didn't think they would. They helped lead me thru which people to pay off first. Now i can get a credit card because they helped me establish some credit.

This is the worst company and a BIG waste of money! I paid money and they never worked on anything they said they would, I left messages for 2 months after they told me to wait for letters to come in and was never able to reach anyone! Finally when I was able to speak with some one they had no idea who I was.... by the end of it I had no progress on things that I was told were easy fixes, like items that had been added when I would have 12 yrs old.

I used them back in 2009 when Rowena and her daughter were there. All I can say is that those 2 were amazing. Wonderful. They got business done. They told me what they needed from me and I made sure to get on it and take it to them, sure enough.. made the process faster. Mind you, my husband and I had bad credit. Now, all because of Credit Restoration of Texas, we have EXCELLENT CREDIT!!! We've purchased many and I mean, no.. we've leaded many cars. You may not know with leasing, you have to have good credit. We purchased a in ground pool a couple of years after. Still in the same house and living life to the fullest. Thank you so much Rowena and I believe her name was Sam. I even sent a couple of friends their way to fix their credit and they had nothing but great words about this place. I don't know if there's new people working there but back in 2009, they had an amazing team.
