Commerce Finance in San Antonio, TX

Horrible customer service. Horrible phone etiquette, they just hang up on you right in the middle of your, "thank you have a blessed day". Everyone sounds and acts like they don't want to be there. I even tried being extra polite to hopefully get at the very least an insincere mirrored effect. But all to no avail. I can't do business at a place like this and really no one should have to endure an experience like this. Those(not all tho, but I just had 2 deaths to tend to on top of this) calling are already in some sort of distress then when calling for help they get this piled on top. The owner should really look into this or put cameras up with audio to see for themselves. Thank you for tour time have a blessed day.

They have wonderful customers service, every time I call they always answer my calls.. the owner is very friendly. .. love the staff. . Every time I go I get greed from every one... I been with them for 3 yrs... love it...
