Once they get your money, they are 100% in control of everything, you're just a number, and if your not rich, expect to discover new levels of bare minimum service. Long lines, little help, exhausted, depressed looking bankers/tellers.

Poorly staffed... lines too long, NO COUNTER SPACE... very hard to do transactions

I go to this branch for work related deposits. Having to endure the careless attitude of banks reinforces why I use a credit union for my financial institution! Old enough to remember when "bankers hours" meant 8am-5pm, not 9am-4pm! Banks act as though they are doing us a favor by holding our money! Nothing could be further from the truth!
