Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Plano, TX

Very disappointed in the fact that the loan officer I spoke with chooses to not return calls or emails. I will be reporting this to wells Fargo.

There isn't a category low enough for the terrible customer service we've experienced with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. We selected Wells Fargo for a refinance because they held our existing mortgage and we thought the process would be easier, it's been anything but easy! We started the process in April and finally gave up and cancelled the day closing was scheduled... JULY 22!!! We have great credit and no other debt but we've been treated like delinquents with no existing credit or track record We provided every document required by May 4th and yet in July they were still asking for updates. Every time we talked to someone there was some excuse or problems with this or that and "I passed it on so it's not my problem" attitude. Wells Fargo is the ultimate example of a giant compay that treats customers like numbers with no personal service and less than competent staff. DONT USE THEM IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT SOMETHING DONE!! We've wasted time and money with nothing to show for it but grief.
